Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown Center City

Matthew was great from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. I received daily text messages asking how things were and that if anything was needed to let them know. So, so attentive.

What I liked about Cambria downtown, is that it is in the perfect location! The aesthetics of the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was friendly! I truly enjoyed my interaction with Joshua, first impression was top tier!! He was our check in person after a looong night and arriving to the hotel at around 4am. He made it very welcoming! Although, my rate had changed (not sure why Booking.com🙄) Joshua offered us the rate that we initially was given & due to our visit of us celebrating a birthday, they upgraded our room to a King suite at no additional charge! What a win, the suite was amazing! The only reason I didn't give this hotel a 10, is because of the charge after 4am.

Location was walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping and historical landmarks. Short car ride to UPenn. Hotel staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in 1-2 hours early after an 11 hour plane ride. Very grateful. Double room was comfortable and spacious enough for 3 people. Did not have to move luggages to walk around room. 7th floor was noise free. Clean. Safe enough to walk around at night. Very friendly staff. Good security. Need room card key for elevator to stop on floors.

The room was stunning and very clean! LOVED the bluetooth mirror in the speaker! I only stayed for one night but the staff and staff was incredible! I wish I could remember the helpful staff member's name but he was older with dreads and glasses, a pure delight!! He went above and beyond and we most definitely appreciated it!

Great location at walking distance from City Hall. Big gym with equipement for a complete workout. Nice room. There is a parking garage across the street ($40,- a day). Also valet parking ($67,-). Nice bar.
